AVX expands voltage rating of MLCC for high power applications

AVX has extended the working voltage range of its RF multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from 100VDC to 250VDC. Designated the SQCA series, the high performance MLCC provides low ESR, high Q, high self-resonance.
