Industry's smallest bipolars from Diodes Incorporated help shrink portable designs

Diodes has announced the industry's first small-signal bipolar transistors in the miniature DFN0806-3 package. The bipolar's size advantage, coupled with a 400mW power dissipation capability, will benefit space-critical portable product designs.
